Chakas Cove
Take N2 past Ballito (from Durban side) to Umhlali offramp. Cross back over freeway and head towards ocean. Chakas Cove is the last complex on right before you hit ocean drive.

The unit will be clean when you arrive. 2 toilet rolls, a fresh garbage bag and some dishwashing liquid is provided for your stay. I recommend bringing more of these items from home for longer stays.
Sally, cleaning supervisor will visit you in the morning (if you in). Please ask her if you need extra toilet paper or garbage bags
The washer and dryer is STRICTLY for housekeeping use only. Sally can offer extra cleaning services if you desire. PLEASE ASK
For laundry, there is a laundromat in the complex
Chakas Cove is a self-catering unit. I suggest bringing as much food and supplies as possible from home, especially coffee, milk, sugar, toilet paper and garbage bags, unless you plan on eating out. Local supplies can be a lot more expensive.
If you plan to use the complex braai, bring charcoal/wood and matches.
Each apartment has a gas braai on the balcony for your convenience.
For longer stays, extra toilet paper and garbage bags will be needed. Get these when you do your shopping.

• Is DSTv on (green light)
• Did you try and change the source on remote. Source must be correct
• Have any plugs or wires been unplugged or turned-off?
• We have holiday package, so not all channels work. Did you check other channels?
• Tv is connected to WiFi, does WiFi work?
• Does Netflix or other SMART Tv options work?
• What message do you get on the Tv?
• PLEASE NOTE should a technician be sent out and the fault is with any of the above - a call out fee will be charged to the Guest
